Ingredients (for 3 servings of sesame pork)

For prepare you need:

  • 600 g pork tenderloin;
  • 2 large onions;
  • 50 g white sesame seeds;
  • 30 g flour;
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil (for frying);
  • 3 tbsp soy sauce (or a bit more to taste);
  • 1 pinch sugar;
  • 1 pinch salt;
  • 1 pinch black pepper;
  • 4–5 green onion stalks;
  • 200 ml water;

Step-by-step cooking instructions

Rinse the pork, pat it dry with a kitchen towel, and cut into bite-sized cubes. Peel the onions, wash, and slice into rings or half-rings.

Place the pork in a bowl, add flour, and mix well so each piece is evenly coated. Heat a pan over medium heat, add vegetable oil, then the pork and onion. Fry for about 5 minutes, stirring constantly, until a light golden crust forms.

Add water, salt, sugar, pepper, and sesame seeds. Stir well, cover, and simmer over low heat for about 20 minutes until most of the liquid evaporates. Pour in the soy sauce, fry the pork for another 2 minutes, then remove from heat and let cool slightly.

Chop the green onions and sprinkle over the dish before serving.
