Ingredients for hemp paste with parmesan chips
For prepare you need:
- 1 tbsp hemp flour;
- 2 tbsp wheat flour;
- 20 g olive oil (can be substituted with hemp oil);
- 1 egg yolk;
- 100 g cream;
- 1 pinch of salt;
- 1 pinch of ground black pepper;
- 100 g Parmesan (for chips);
Step-by-step recipe
Make parmesan chips. Grate Parmesan cheese, spread it evenly on a plate or tray, and microwave for 30 seconds at 650W. Remove, let cool and harden, then break into several pieces.
Prepare hemp paste. Mix the egg yolk with salt and pepper, add olive oil and cream, and whisk into a smooth, foamy mixture. Add hemp flour and wheat flour, stir, and simmer over low heat for about 10 minutes until thickened.
Let the paste cool and serve it on top of Parmesan chips.
Optional variations:
Add chopped herbs (cilantro, parsley, or dill) for extra flavor. Replace olive oil with mustard oil for a more tangy and aromatic spread.
