Vegetable salads are light, delicious, and incredibly nutritious. They are naturally rich in vitamins, minerals, microelements and other essential nutrients that support a healthy metabolism and overall well-being. This cucumber salad with Greek yogurt and sesame seeds is a refreshing alternative to traditional vegetable salads and makes an excellent addition to everyday lunches, family dinners, or festive meals.
The addition of sesame seeds gives the salad a pleasant crunch while significantly increasing its nutritional value. Sesame seeds are naturally high in calcium and potassium — essential minerals that help maintain healthy bones, joints, teeth, hair, and nails. They also contain powerful antioxidants, including sesamin and sesamolin, which help protect the body from free radicals and may support healthy cholesterol levels.
Using Adyghe salt instead of regular table salt can help reduce sodium intake by up to 1.5–2 times. Lower sodium consumption may help decrease the strain on the kidneys and reduce water retention.
At CraftOil, you’ll find a premium selection of artisan products. Our catalog includes fresh, environmentally friendly black and white sesame seeds, as well as cold-pressed sesame oil produced on the day your order is placed for maximum freshness.
