  • 2 medium bananas;
  • 50 g pumpkin seed flour;
  • 400 ml water (preferably still mineral water or purified water);
  • 100 g cranberries;
  • 2 tablespoons honey;
  • 1 pinch vanilla (optional);

Step-by-step preparation

In a blender bowl, combine the water and pumpkin seed flour. Stir manually until all lumps are dissolved. Wash the bananas, peel them, and cut them into small pieces. Add them to the blender with the flour mixture. Pour in the liquid honey (or honey melted in a water bath) and add the vanilla.
