Working Principle of the Grain Cleaning Machine

Raw grain is fed into the receiving hopper and evenly distributed across the separation chamber width.

A powerful laminar airflow performs step-by-step separation:

1. Heavy impurities and stones fall into the first fraction.

2. Seed grain is collected in the second and third trays.

3. Commercial grain is discharged into the fourth and fifth trays.

4. Damaged and lightweight kernels are carried to the sixth and seventh trays.

5. Dust and light impurities are removed through the air duct.
