This cold press is ideal for extracting oil from sunflower seeds, flaxseed, sesame, walnuts, hemp, black cumin, amaranth, and many other oil-bearing seeds. For optimal oil yield, coarse or hard seeds should be crushed before pressing to break the seed shell.
