Salads are a real lifesaver for anyone who loves to eat a variety of healthy and delicious dishes. You can make them from almost anything – vegetables, poultry, fish, greens, and even snacks. This light salad with cheese, cucumber, and mustard is a fresh, tangy dish that will brighten up not only your everyday lunch but also your festive table.
Mustard seeds give the salad a spicy, pleasantly sharp flavor and add an impressive health boost. They contain phytoncides – natural, highly active compounds with strong anti-inflammatory and antiviral effects. Mustard is also rich in vitamins A, K, C, and B group vitamins, which help support cardiovascular and brain health. In addition, mustard seeds contain glucosinolates – unique substances that inhibit the activity of viruses and bacteria. Eating them helps normalize digestion, prevent putrefactive processes in the gut, speed up metabolism, and reduce visceral fat.
CraftOil – a producer of not only tasty but also healthy oils – offers a wide, regularly updated range of products, including white, yellow, and black mustard seeds. All products are quality-certified, stored in optimal conditions, and packed in eco-friendly paper bags on the day of the order.
