Operating Principle

Grain is fed into the receiving hopper and evenly distributed across the width of the separation chamber.

A powerful laminar airflow performs multi-stage separation:

1. Heavy impurities and stones settle into the first fraction.

2. Seed grain is directed to the second and third trays.

3. Commercial grain is collected in the fourth and fifth trays.

4. Damaged and lightweight kernels are carried to the sixth and seventh trays.

5. Dust and light impurities are discharged through the air outlet.

Seed Calibration and Primary Grain Cleaning

Calibration is performed based on kernel weight and aerodynamic properties, allowing selection of fully developed seeds with intact embryos. This ensures:
