Operating Principle

Grain is fed into the receiving hopper and evenly distributed throughout the separation chamber.
A controlled laminar airflow separates the material into fractions:

• heavy impurities and stones — first fraction;

• marketable grain — fourth and fifth trays;

• damaged kernels and light impurities — sixth and seventh trays.

Calibration based on kernel weight and aerodynamic properties selects the fullest grain with a healthy embryo, ensuring high germination rates and increased yields.
