Operating Principle of the Grain Separator

Grain is fed into the receiving hopper, where it is evenly distributed across the full width of the separation chamber.

A powerful laminar airflow performs multi-stage separation:

1. Heavy impurities and stones are separated first and collected in the first fraction.

2. Seed grain is directed to the second and third trays.

3. Commercial grain is collected in the fourth and fifth trays.

4. Damaged, lightweight, and broken kernels are carried to the sixth and seventh trays.

5. Dust and light impurities are removed through the air duct.
