Delivery times: 5 to 10 business days (depending on the country and delivery method)

Pickup at CraftOil

CraftOil offers a convenient option to pick up products directly from the warehouse or office.

How pickup works:

Pickup is available from the CraftOil warehouse or office at the following address: 21 Kosmicheskaya St., Kharkiv.

The address of the warehouse/office is specified individually when placing an order.

For some goods, it is possible to arrange delivery from third-party partner warehouses (by agreement).

Before arriving, please confirm the time and date of your visit to ensure that your order is ready.

🔹 Order pickup procedure

After placing and confirming your order, the manager will let you know when the goods are ready for pickup.

To receive your order, you must provide the order number or company name (for legal entities).

When picking up your order, you can pay in cash (if agreed in advance) or present proof of payment.

The buyer has the right to return or exchange the purchased goods:

1. Goods of inadequate quality: defective, with significant flaws that make it impossible to use (the fault of the manufacturer or supplier);

2. Goods of adequate quality, but for some reason not suitable for the buyer, provided that the goods have not been used, the packaging (seals, etc.) is intact, and the payment document is available.

The store offers various groups of goods that, according to the law, are subject to exchange and return or, conversely, are not subject to exchange or return in connection with such a group.

Exchange of goods due to their unsuitability or damage is free of charge at the expense of the sender, provided that there is a “Report” on such a case from the post office, which the recipient asks the postal service employee to draw up at the time of discovery of such a case.

The return of goods (due to personal reasons of the buyer after “registration” — this is actually the moment of confirmation and consent, the expression of desire to purchase the goods or during a telephone conversation with the manager and confirmation, placing an order) — is at the expense of the buyer.

Goods of appropriate quality

1. Goods of appropriate quality include all goods that: have not been used and have retained their marketable appearance. Only new goods that show no signs of use and have not been in operation are eligible for return, provided that:

3. There are no signs of use or contamination;

4. Seals, labels, tags, and protective films are intact;

5. Factory markings are intact;

6. All parts of the individual (factory) packaging are intact, undamaged, and preserved;

Who pays for the shipment of goods of proper and improper quality?

When returning or exchanging goods of proper quality, we do not reimburse the costs associated with the cost of delivery services. In case of refusal of goods, the cost of delivery services is paid by the buyer.

When returning or exchanging goods of inadequate quality, we reimburse all costs associated with the delivery of the goods, namely: the courier’s visit or the cost of shipping by a transport company to another city, according to the declaration (TTN). In case of refusal of the goods, the cost of delivery is paid by the buyer!

Refunds

After receiving and inspecting the goods, within 5 working days, the funds will be returned to the details from which the payment was made.

Any questions regarding the exchange and return of goods can be settled through negotiations between the buyer and the store administration. To do this, simply contact the manager in any way convenient for you.
