Add the baking soda, mix well, and let it sit for 10\u201315 minutes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Then add the salt and sugar. Mix thoroughly and gradually add the flour, stirring constantly. The dough should be moderately firm but still soft and pliable.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Roll the dough out into a layer approximately 1\u20131.5 cm (\u00bd\u2013\u215d inch) thick. Cut it into any shapes you like, such as squares or diamonds.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Prick each piece with a fork in 2\u20133 places. Fry the pampushki over medium or low heat for approximately 6\u20137 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked and golden. Transfer the finished pampushki to a bowl.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">To prepare the dressing, combine pickled garlic scapes, or alternatively dill, parsley, or other herbs, with salt, water, and<a href=\"https:\/\/www.craftoil.net\/en\/product\/mustard\/\"> mustard oil.<\/a> Mix well and let the dressing stand for 2\u20133 minutes. Before serving, pour the dressing over the warm pampushki. If desired, sprinkle with additional fresh herbs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Notes:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.craftoil.net\/en\/product\/sesame\/\">Mustard oil is not the only oil suitable for frying pampushki.
