Bring 1 liter of water to a boil in a saucepan. Add the zucchini, immediately turn off the heat, and let it sit in the hot water for 15\u201320 minutes. Remove the zucchini and drain it well in a colander.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Peel the garlic cloves and either crush them using a garlic press or finely mince them with a knife. Wash and finely chop the fresh dill. Dice the processed cheese into very small cubes or grate it using a coarse grater.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Transfer the drained zucchini to a large bowl. Add the processed cheese, garlic, and dill.
