Clean the mushrooms, rinse under running water, boil them in salted water for 10 minutes, and slice. (If you\u2019re using oyster mushrooms, boiling isn\u2019t necessary.) Finely chop the dill.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Peel and chop the onion and garlic. Saut\u00e9 them in sunflower oil over medium heat until golden (about 10\u201315 minutes).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Add the mushrooms to the pan and cook for 5\u20137 minutes. Then add the potatoes. Once they start forming a light golden crust, season with the remaining salt and pepper, add the bay leaf, and pour in water to cover the ingredients halfway.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Reduce heat to low and stew for about 15 minutes. Remove from heat and let the dish rest for another 10 minutes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Sprinkle with chopped dill before serving.
